Imagination becomes reality. Opportunities are born from the imagination. Love is very strong. It forces the formless to take shape, Fearlessly God endows with desires. Work hard and you will be successful. The darkness of life will disappear. When there is effort, the blessing will come down. To find the blessings of God and the Guru, one has to go through hard practices. Progress on Earth is very fast, and in other worlds it is very slow.
Muldhara Chakra. Land. Annamaya kosh. Sthula deha. Physical body.
Svasthishthana Chakra. Water. Pranamaya kosh. Sukshma deha. Etheric or celestial body, body of emotions
Manipura Chakra. Fire. Manoma kosh. Astral or causal body. Karana sarira. Intelligence.
The science of prana, the battlefield of energy, mind and knowledge, the fiery body, the fire of the mind and logic, the transition point from the external to the internal, thinking, an experience develops that goes beyond emotions, but this body comes with Samskaras of millions of years lived, can come prarabdha karma and the memory of previous incarnations, vichara (thought forms) are activated, ahamkara creates individuality.
Anahata Chakra. Air. Vigyanamaya kosh. Manasa deha. Manas Sharira. The body of the mental mind. Mind.
This body is associated with hypnosis, telepathy, magic, etc., understanding other people's motives and reading thoughts. Time cannot stop him. Can express thoughts without words. Can make anyone out of a person. Can travel outside the body. Infinite possibilities, his activity is manifested in the subtle world, he has no boundaries. The world of this body comes from the soul itself, it is a subjective manifestation of the soul.
The field of illusions and deception begins with this body, because the principles of the material body are destroyed. The foundations of the fourth body world are not objects of the ordinary world, it is somewhat unusual, it is a completely subjective world. What happens in the fourth body cannot be verified.
Siddha. The soul pulls up, and this body makes it be within the limits of Manas Sharira. This body affects the three lower bodies and can develop them. The processes taking place in manasa deha (the fourth body) can only be imaginary, but they really have a place. Siddhis are all gifts of the fourth body, and this is the most dangerous place that fascinates and creates traps.
He who does not have a mind body (fourth body) is not a person. You must be able to use this body. The driver's mind of ten organs, but not the master. He is only a tool. The mind must be made a yogi and tear Kundalini out of its influence. The body of the mind must go through practice and exercise. This is not the path of righteousness or sinfulness, this is the path of divinity and dispassion.
The mind is a very large application center. This is a useful thing in the world. If the mind is discovered, then it does not lie. The mind becomes false when it tries to seize organs under its authority, becoming its master. Watch yourself, look from the side at the body, at the movements, at your state during activity. If you become a simple witness, you will easily find the location of your own mind. Properly applied imagination is a science. This is the gift of the fourth body. The power is in the middle of the body of the mind and is connected with the material world. If the fourth body is fully developed, then man is free from Siddhas.
Vishuddha Chakra. Akasha (space). Anandamaya Kosh. Atmic deha. Karana sarira. The body of the soul. Aditya Loka (sunlight).
He is millions of years old. With the power of the sankalpa, raise the Kundalini in the fourth body and enter the fifth body of the soul.
All self-determination is in the fourth body, and the fifth is a complete, not truncated version of the fourth, but it is not mental, it has no desires. In body 5, no knowledge is needed anymore. No knowledge and science will not enter the fifth, there will have to rise above all of humanity. For the development of the first four bodies, you can learn and apply the knowledge of the world, and 5 the body can be said to be a quick reference. After the fifth body, only Divine substance remains - this is the eighth step of yoga.
Agya Chakra. There is no item. Brahman's body. Brahma sarira. Cosmic body.
At this level, everything is immersed in Brahman, the absence of Ahamkara (Ego). In the sixth body there is the opportunity to meet with the Supreme Soul. There is neither freedom nor dependence here. Here everything merges into one, into awareness and realization. "Aham Brahmasmi" or "I am Brahman" is the anthem of the sixth body.
Only a small part of the brain is active. Most of it awaits awakening. The center within the brain is divine. It is called the third eye, and it is a supernatural organ. As soon as it opens, the meaning of life can be understood, and the riddle solved.
Sahasrara Chakra. There is no item. Mukti deha. The body of nirvana. Outside of everything.
Seven bodies - this chakras. Everything is sealed in the middle of three bodies: physical, subtle and astral. The soul is covered with an astral body - karana-sarira, astral - sukshma-sarira, which is a continuation of the physical body. She is also active, because the astral body is Chitta, and the radiance of Atma is displayed in Chitta.
Hridaya-purusha is located in Brahmarandhra (a hole in the head area), the size of which is with a thumb, above it is the Sahasrara Chakra. Above it is the chidakasha space. Chidakasha is the seat of Chitta, that is, the astral body. The rays of Atma consciousness shine upon him. When manas and prana reach chidakasha, they are absorbed in samadhi because they complete any activity. This is the place to stop all vriti (waves and vibrations of the mind and matter).
Four states of consciousness:
1. Jagrat (state of activity, wakefulness). During jagrath, the world is known through 5 organs, but mainly through the eyes, because the jivatma (living soul) in the jagrat is in the eyes.
Swapna (state of sleep with dreams). In Swapna, the jiva is in the neck and everything that was in the jagrat goes into a thin form in the "hitta" channel near the throat center. Everything experienced in Swapna comes from the throat.
Sushupti (deep state of sleep without dreams). In sushupti, the soul is located in the heart region of Hriday Pradesh. The vital activity of the body leaves the heart, when the heart does not beat - the body does not move. The heart center is the place of samadhi of both bodies and sensory organs and actions.
Turia (a state that goes further than a state of sleep without dreams, this is essentially an awakening). The mind needs rest. Turia is samadhi (rest) for the mind. Samadhi of the mind is awareness of one’s essence. The state of samadhi is a journey to the light in which there is no duality or doubt.
The soul looks through the eyes. In samprajnata samadhi (samadhi with the mind), the jivatma is in the Ajna Chakra, it is the center of divine vision and the third eye of Shiva.
In asamprajnat samadhi (samadhi is crazy), the jivatma is in Brahmarandhra. Consciousness is Purusha. Now the consciousness is divided into the awareness of pure non-qualitative Brahman (consciousness of the Universe) and that which is in conjunction with the body - Pind-sarira. Pinda Sharira, in turn, is divided into a pure form called Atma and Jivatma.
Awakening of the Kundalini.
Prana plays an important role in awakening the Kundalini. Yogis should exercise pretty much in pranayama. There is a lot of pranayama for raising the Kundalini. The body and mind are inst.ruments for achievement, and the bridge is breath and life. One must prepare oneself to leave the body and mind, one will have to go from certainty to uncertainty, from wisdom to lack of wisdom. Then, when the unknown is known, there will be a meeting with its essence. To do this, jump into the transcendental. After the transcendental leap, we will land where we truly are, it will be an objective reality and a sense of being.
Samadhi is a jump and a stop in the void, in the great void, where movement and life end. This emptiness is not as an absence, but as a source from which everything happened. There, life does not move outward or inward, there is balance, and for this, a simultaneous leap of mind and body is necessary. The mind is afraid to make this jump into the void, because it (the mind) will lose its power. In emptiness comes true realization.
SAMADHI is the WAY, TRUTH and LIFE.
