You can increase your chlorophyll intake by eating more green leafy vegetables. The deeper and darker the green, the more chlorophyll the plant contains. Think spinach, arugula, collard greens, chard, kale, etc., are all recommended for maintaining overall health. Fresh herbs should be a must in your diet, so feel free to add parsley, cilantro, basil and dill to your dishes to enhance their flavor and nutritional value. You will also get a good dose of chlorophyll if you include blue-green algae such as spirulina and chlorella in your smoothies (or any other drinks and meals).
