It is important to know that it is advisable to use this complex mineral exclusively in the format of whole foods, such as algae, where it is contained together with the antioxidant selenium, without which iodine can harm and vice versa disrupt the function of the thyroid gland. Algae also have a protective effect against radiation, preventing radioactive iodine molecules from reaching the receptors. Algae strengthens bones due to their calcium content in a certain proportion with magnesium and vitamin K, which together are necessary for the proper absorption of calcium. Ingredients:

2 ripe bananas (fresh or frozen)
2 cups frozen wild blueberries
1 cup frozen cherries
1 cup freshly squeezed orange juice
1 cup cilantro (can be substituted with parsley)

1/2 cup filtered water or coconut water
