Wooden house by the lake

This unusual wooden house, as it were, descends along a wooded slope to the lake, bending around the trees like a "snake".

The architects had two main tasks that had to be solved - this is maximum integration with the surrounding forest and landscape and getting as much light and sun as possible throughout the day. For this, the plan is made in the form of two connected letters "Y", which provides a better orientation in relation to the sun at different times of the day. In addition, large windows and their number compensate for the increased shading created by tree crowns around and near the house. The main structures of the house are made of wood, in places it is raised above the ground on metal racks, it has a completely wooden interior and a facade that is painted in dark red.
