Ingredients:

1 medium beet
3/4 cup frozen mango
1/2 frozen banana
2 carrots
2 cups leafy greens (romaine, spinach, beet tops)
1 glass of water

Preparation:
Place all ingredients in a blender in the order shown.
Whisk until smooth. Add more water if needed to get a smooth texture. Pour into a glass.
