How many pregnancies is the average female body designed for?

It turns out that diseases such as ovarian cancer, breast cancer and other organs of the female reproductive system are several times more common in those women who have not given birth or have only one child. This is due to the fact that the female reproductive system is designed for 6-9 children with short breaks between childbirth.
In Russia, according to statistics, there are 1.6 children per woman of childbearing age. And families in which 3 or more children are brought up, only slightly more than 6%. At the same time, doctors say that for a woman to feel good and preserve her appearance, it is desirable to have at least 3-4 children.
Back in the 19th century, more than 10 children in a family was practically the norm. Women whose pregnancies and breastfeeding periods were evenly distributed over the entire childbearing period had only 40-50 menstruations in their entire life. A modern woman who has borne and given birth to one or two children has about 450-500 of them, which negatively affects the entire reproductive system.

Doctors say that the birth of children at intervals of 4 years heals and rejuvenates the female body. In order not to exhaust the body's strength, it is best to make intervals of at least two years between the birth of children. Children with such an age difference play well together, freeing up their mother's strength for other things. It is hardest with an only child, and with each subsequent parental stress and anxiety noticeably decrease, psychologists say.

In a large family, children have advantages over their peers: they already have a variety of social skills, the support of brothers and sisters, a role model and the necessary communication in childhood. The child gets the feeling that he is not alone in the world, in response to any threat they act as a team. Everyone except the senior has a reference point for learning. Therefore, in a large family, children usually develop faster.

It has been proven that mothers of three or more children stay young and active longer, feel better, are less prone to depression and other mental disorders, and are also more optimistic about the future, because a big family is a great joy, support and pride for a woman.
