Sahajoli mudra - practice for women

  1. Sitting in the siddha-yoni-asana on a pillow, place the heel at the entrance to the vagina, feel the vajra-nadi in the body (it passes through the clitoris). Squeeze the vajra nadi. To do this, squeeze and relax the muscles of the vagina for 10 seconds, until the compression becomes intense and deep. There should be a sensation of movement of the external vaginal muscles around the clitoris. Other muscles are not involved in compression (anus and lower abdomen). The duration of the exercise is several minutes.
  2. Combine inhalation, squeezing (making a slight hold at the moment of squeezing) and relaxation as you exhale.
According to the teachings of tantra, there are two types of orgasm.
The first is inherent in ordinary women and occurs in the nervous system of the body, it is accompanied by the loss of the red bindu.
The second - occurs in muladhara, inherent in the practice of tantra, if the sahajroli mudra is performed. With the techniques of maha-bandha and others (in maithuna, vajroli mudra, etc.), when the energy rises, a "tantric orgasm" occurs, that is, explosive awakening of energy in mooladhara, which has a sexual connotation, but more subtle, not accompanied by a leakage of sexual energy or gross lust. By stretching this experience thanks to sahajoli, a woman can maintain this orgasm-like state at will, raise the energy up the sushumna to the head using uddiyana bandha and shambhavi mudra, and force the energy to circulate through the posterior and anterior-median channels. Thanks to this, the Kundalini awakens in the two lower chakras.
In the case of correct sublimation, good health and longevity are acquired, and at the higher levels a deep experience of bliss-Emptiness is realized.
All deep experiences of bliss-Void are associated with the moment of the flash of bindu. If the red bindu is not lost, but is directed upward with the help of sahajroli, the Kundalini naturally awakens.
