Donald Zolan, a fifth-generation artist, showed interest in drawing when he was about 4-5 years old. And despite the fact that all children at this age love to tinker with paints and markers, by the age of 10 he began to get quite professional work.
At the age of 13, he even managed to win a prestigious Chicago competition, where the prize was a scholarship from one of the city's art universities. Since then, Donald Zolan has not parted with his easel, and his inspiration is still pictures from a happy childhood.
